Our EEE department II year students R. DhanushVarmaa, P. Prasath, S. Inbarasan, V. S. Narenthiran, M. Sai Shree, C. Viveka  haswon First prize in the Smart India Hackathon SIH-2019, organized by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Doordarshan and Persistent systems began at 48 nodal centers across the country on 2^nd and 3^rd March 2019.

Jaipur Engineering and Research Center (JECRC) has partnered with Hero Electric Vehicles, Tata Motors,  Ministry of Power, Ministry of Culture  for the hackathon. The problems posted by these organizations were solved by 32 teams out of which our students has provided the solution for problem statement “Power train optimization” which was posted by hero electric vehicle that made them to obtain First prize with a cash reward of Rs.1,00,000/- in the event SMART INDIA HACKATHON   on 3rd  March 2019 , under the guidance of Mr. C. Adrien perianayagam, Assistant Professor, Department of EEE/SMVEC.

Our heartiest congratulations to our students Arvind.R, Deebiga.K, Agalya.M, Akasthiya.S, Sathish Kumar.S and Bharath.M, won the First prize in 3rd edition of SIH-2019 “SMART INDIA HACKATHON”, conducted by MHRD, Government of India, held at NIT Trichy with the cash award of Rs.75,000
