JUBILATION 2017
The Jubilation Day of Sri Manakula Vinayagar Engineering College was held in the College Premises on 13th May 2017. 48 Multinational Companies Visited our College for Campus Drive through which 875 students got placed. Software Giants like TCS, L&T, ZOHO, TECH MAHINDRA, MICROCHIP, ASPIRE SYSTEM hired the eligible candidates.
Dr. K.M. SUCEENDRAN, Global Workforce Management Head, Banking and Financial Services , TCS was the Chief Guest of the day, who delivered the Chief Guest address and Distributed the Offer letter to the students.
During the Chief Guest Address he insisted the opportunities in the health and insurance, Banking and financial sectors. He advised the student to work hard at their initial stage of their career and to practice continuous leaning. He also appreciated the alumni who strived hard in the industry to prove their knowledge in various field and attract the higher officials for the Campus Drive in SMVEC. He also advised them to build good relation in the organization and to create identity for themselves.
Dr. V.S.K Venkatachalapathy, Director cum Principal welcomed the gathering Shri.M.Dhanasekaran, Chairman and Managing Director presided the function and delivered presidential address, he advised the students to develop their talent and to put continuous effort and hard work. The Chief Guest and the members present were felicitated as a token of honor.
Shri S.V Sugumaran, Vice Chairman, SMVE Trust, Dr. K. Narayanasamy, Secretary, SMVE Trust, Dr. S. Senthil, Principal, Mailam Engineering College, Dr. S. Malarkkan, Principal, Manakula Engineering Institute of Technology were graciously present for the function. Dr. N. S. N Cailassame Placement officer presented the placement report for the year 2016-2017.
