Prospective authors are invited to submit original full-length papers in PDF format, prepared in a double-column layout and not exceeding 6 pages, including figures, tables, and references. Manuscripts that do not comply with the IEEE conference template, proper referencing standards, or the prescribed page limit will be returned without review. Only original and unpublished papers that are not under consideration for publication elsewhere will be accepted. The submitted paper should clearly state the research area, key results, and major contributions.
All Accepted and Presented papers will be submitted for publication to IEEE Xplore, which is indexed with world’s leading Abstracting & Indexing (A&I) databases (SCOPUS etc.)
IEEE retains the right to withhold a paper from distribution, including its inclusion in IEEE Xplore, if the paper is not presented at the conference. All submissions are reviewed under strict guidelines to ensure they are free from plagiarism and have not been simultaneously submitted to another conference (double submission). IEEE treats these violations with utmost seriousness and will take appropriate actions against authors found to have engaged in such practices.
