Prospective authors are encouraged to submit full papers in PDF format not exceeding 6 pages in double-column include all figures, tables, and references. Papers not compliant with the IEEE template including appropriate referencing or exceeding the page limit will be returned without review. Only original papers that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere will be considered. The paper must clearly indicate the research area, main results, and contributions.

Publication:

All Accepted and Presented papers will be submitted for publication to IEEE Xplore, which is indexed with world’s leading Abstracting & Indexing (A&I) databases (SCOPUS etc.)

Paper Preparation Guidelines:

All conference submissions should be written in English and be maximum 6 pages long, including figures and tables. Please use 10-point Times New Roman font.
LaTeX is the preferred method to prepare you manuscript. Please use the standard LaTeX IEEE conference template: LaTeX IEEE conference templates
Alternatively, if you use Microsoft Word, please use the most current version, which will help reduce word-to-pdf conversion issues such as embedded fonts, bookmarks, etc. The Word template is available at: Word IEEE conference template
Please do not include page numbers or headers/footers.
Submission of a scientific paper is considered a commitment that, upon acceptance, authors will submit their camera-ready version for inclusion in the formal proceedings and will present the paper at the conference.
At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference by the deadline.
All accepted papers presented at the conference will be published in the conference proceeding and submitted to IEEE Xplore for publication subject to their norms. They should satisfy the requirements given in the publication policy.

IEEE member fees discount is only applicable if an active IEEE membership number is provided in the registration form. IEEE members are requested to upload IEEE membership details during the online registration process, if registering under IEEE category.
Students are defined as full-time students, enrolled for degrees or diplomats with a university or another similar institution. The proof of enrollment (Valid Student ID showing name and current status) should be scanned and uploaded on the registration system).
All registrations include admission to all technical sessions and E-proceeding.
At least one of the authors must complete an author registration by the final camera-ready paper submission deadline for their paper to be included in the final program of the conference.
One author registration covers only one paper.

Camera Ready Copy (CRC) :

Camera Ready papers shall have a maximum length of 8 pages for regular papers.
All authors must follow the IEEE format for the CRC preparation of their papers. The CRC should be submitted both in .doc/.docx and PDF. If your CRC of the paper is not as per the guidelines prescribed by IEEE, then it will not be considered for publishing in IEEE Digital Xplore.
