About the Department
Sri Manakula Vinayagar Engineering College will launch a new undergraduate programme in artificial intelligence and data science. This programme will prepare students for careers in these rapidly expanding industries by teaching the most recent AI and data science techniques and their real-world applications. Students will learn how to design intelligent machines, software, and applications and leverage data to predict and solve problems.
The programme also emphasises essential job skills, including teamwork, effective communication, and creative problem-solving. The National Board of Accreditation (NBA) has accredited the programme, available in Tamil and English. It equips students with cutting-edge AI, data analytics, and visualisation technologies, preparing them for dynamic careers in the era of Industry 4.0, where automation is critical.
