Following the morning session, the college organized workshops focusing on the benefits of yoga in managing stress, improving concentration, and fostering emotional balance. Experts discussed how regular yoga practice can aid in academic performance and personal growth. Interactive sessions allowed participants to share their experiences and insights, creating a collaborative learning environment.
