Introduction

In celebration of the 12th International Yoga Day, Sri Manakula Vinayagar Engineering College organized a Mass Yoga Demonstration on 21 June 2026 at the college Basketball Ground. The event brought together students, faculty members, and staff to promote the importance of yoga in achieving physical fitness, mental well-being, and inner peace.

Objective of the Programme

Surya Namaskar – Salutation to the Sun

Students and faculty members actively participated in performing Surya Namaskar under the guidance of yoga instructors.
