International Conference on Emerging Technologies in Engineering Applications (ICETEA 2025)

1. General Information 

Authors are invited to submit original technical papers for presentation and publication at ICETEA 2025. All submitted papers will undergo an initial screening and similarity checks. Those that qualify will proceed to a peer review process.

Authors must ensure that their papers are formatted according to the IEEE conference template. The paper should not exceed 6 pages and should be single-spaced with a double-column layout, using a 10-point font size. This includes all content such as affiliations, figures, tables, and references.

2. Plagiarism Policy 

• Before submission, papers must be checked for plagiarism using licensed software such as Turnitin or iThenticate.
• The similarity index should not exceed 20%, whether it pertains to self-content or others’ work.

Additionally, the authors must adhere to the following ethical guidelines for publication:

• Avoid any form of self-plagiarism or plagiarism of others’ work.
• Properly cite the original source for any model, concept, figure, table, data, or conclusion used from previously published work.
• Obtain prior permission from the copyright holder if using any copyrighted material.

3. Publication

All accepted and presented papers at ICETEA 2025 will be forwarded for possible inclusion in IEEE Digital Xplore, subject to IEEE’s review.

Each registration must be accompanied by an IEEE copyright form to ensure the widest possible 

• Each paper registration must be accompanied by an IEEE copyright form to ensure the widest possible protection and dissemination under copyright laws.
• One author may sign on behalf of all the authors of a particular paper, accepting responsibility for releasing the material on behalf of all co-authors.
• Modified forms are not acceptable.
• The Title of the Contribution (i.e., paper title) and the List of Authors must exactly match those of the paper.
• Machine-typed signatures and digital signatures are not acceptable.

Camera Ready Copy (CRC)

• Camera Ready papers shall have a maximum length of 8 pages for regular papers.
• All authors must follow the IEEE format for the CRC preparation of their papers. The CRC should be submitted both in .doc/.docx and PDF. If your CRC of the paper is not as per the guidelines prescribed by IEEE, then it will not be considered for publishing in IEEE Digital Xplore.
