A Celebration of Passion and Creativity

Sri Manakula Vinayagar Engineering College celebrated World Chocolate Day 2026 with great enthusiasm by organizing a Chocolate Cooking without Fire Competition. The event provided students with a unique platform to showcase their culinary creativity, teamwork, presentation skills, and innovation through a variety of delicious chocolate-based dishes.
Competition Commencement

The celebration began with students assembling at the venue, followed by the official commencement of the competition. Participants enthusiastically prepared a wide range of chocolate delicacies without the use of fire, demonstrating remarkable creativity, hygiene, and aesthetic presentation.
Welcome Address

The Welcome Address was delivered by Dr. V. S. K. Venkatachalapathy, Director cum Principal, who welcomed the Chief Guest, dignitaries, faculty members, and students. He highlighted the importance of creativity and active participation in co-curricular activities.
Honouring of the Chief Guest

The Chief Guest was honoured with a memento as a token of gratitude for graciously accepting the invitation and inspiring the student community with their presence.
Presidential Addresses

The audience was addressed by Shri D. Rajarajan, Treasurer, SMVET & Pro Chancellor, Takshashila University, who encouraged students to explore their creativity beyond academics and actively participate in co-curricular activities that nurture confidence and innovation.
