Smart India Hackathon 2025 – Hardware Edition

Sri Manakula Vinayagar Engineering College (SMVEC), Puducherry, proudly celebrates the exceptional achievement of its students at the Smart India Hackathon (SIH) 2025 – Hardware Edition, one of India’s largest and most prestigious innovation competitions. Demonstrating creativity, technical expertise, and teamwork, two student teams from SMVEC emerged as Winners, each securing a cash prize of ₹1,50,000, bringing great pride and recognition to the institution.

Outstanding Performance at the National Level

The Smart India Hackathon provides a national platform for students to develop innovative hardware solutions addressing real-world challenges proposed by various government organizations and ministries. Competing against top institutions across the country, SMVEC students showcased their problem-solving skills and commitment to innovation, resulting in this remarkable success.

 Winning Team 1: AOT

Team AOT delivered an impressive performance with their innovative hardware solution, earning the Winner title at the national level.
